Located on top of a small mountain 15 minutes from the beautiful mediaeval town of Gubbio. 3 bedrooms (one en-suite), extra bathroom, very large living room, kitchen.

 

The Apartment

The house was completed in 2007. Oak beams to all ceilings. The apartment is fully equipped with oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Water supply is from a well on the land, purified via an ultra-violet unit. Double doors open onto a rear patio with views over the Gubbio valley (see pictures).

There are several excellent resturants in Gubbio, as well as a swimming pool and a number of well stocked supermarkets. Historic towns of Assissi, Perugia, Cortona, Sienna and Florence are within a short drive.
